Advocacy
Helping and protecting individuals to express their own needs and assist to finding and using necessary resources.
Awareness/ Resources
Raising awareness and providing resources through tabling events, speaking engagements, handing out brochures and materials. Bringing awareness of mental, physical, and medical disabilities in the community.
Volunteer Program
Recruits, trains, and manages individuals providing unpaid services to support an event, program, or person.
Organ and Tissue Donor Program
Give donations to families and individuals through partneship with hospitals and other organizations.
Nutritional Support
We provide nutritional meals and education to organ and tissue recipients and their families while supporting the homeless youth & family population.
Case Management Services
Assess, plan, facilitate, and advocate for options and services to meet individual needs.
